Fatigue Masks Fitness! - Back to Basics of Strength & Conditioning Pt. 2
The next concept that we will cover in Part 2 is the Fitness-Fatigue Model (FFM). While GAS and SRA reviewed in Part 1 provide a general overview of how people adapt to training stress, the FFM provides the lens through which we can further evaluate and develop training plans to achieve health & fitness goals.
